Thomas Tsenkoran Eshun

Director

A legal and regulatory practitioner with interest in corporate finance, telecommunication and media.

Thomas has had twenty years of post-call experience as a legal and regulatory practitioner and has over the period supported multinationals operating in the telecommunication and broadcast industry. He is a respected voice in the communications sector. He has supported some significant transactions in the industry, whilst maneuvering through an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.

Thomas’ areas of experience include legal and regulatory compliance, intellectual property right licensing, protection and enforcement, company secretarial practice, and legal due diligence in corporate capital and debt financing.

Elizabeth A. Lamptey

Associate Consultant

Elizabeth A. Lamptey is a lawyer and a professional mediator, specializing in court-connected Alternative Dispute Resolution (CCADR) and a Private Mediator. Elizabeth has extensive experience in the corporate secretarial practice and legal compliance, having worked in this capacity in a multinational FMCG business for many years.

Neilly Birago Maame Yaa Aidoo

Associate Consultant

Neilly Birago Maame Yaa Aidoo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where she developed a strong foundation in legal research and teamwork.

Neilly has a deep understanding of the practical application of the law. She is particularly interested in Dispute Resolution, Oil and Gas Law, Intellectual Property Law and Maritime Law and her work is driven by commitment.

Theophilus Ansah

Associate Consultant

Theophilus Ansah is a dynamic and driven legal practitioner with a diverse range of interests within the law. He has established himself as a dedicated professional, particularly in litigation, property law, company and commercial practice, labour law, natural resource law, and criminal defence.

His commitment to justice and legal empowerment has seen him take on various advisory roles, leveraging his expertise to support several organizations. As a young practitioner at Spirit Law, he actively engages in all facets of the firm’s practice, honing his skills and gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Theophilus’ academic background is just as impressive. He is an alumnus of the University of Ghana, Legon, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Resource Development, and History, before pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the Presbyterian University in Ghana.
